Show-SpecOne project, on every device, even offline
Most tour tools live on a server: no signal, no schedule. Show-Spec keeps a complete, encrypted working copy of your project on each device and syncs changes between your team when there's a connection.
1. Start on your device

Subscribe, then create a passphrase. The team lead subscribes to Show-Spec Team. Then the app creates an encrypted workspace on your device that nobody else, including us, can open.

Try the demo tour or start a blank project: tour, one-off show, festival or corporate event. Only a name, type and reporting currency are required.

Make a backup and keep your recovery kit. The app tests that the backup restores before calling it verified.
2. Plan, cost and advance
Add show days, travel and rehearsals with the correct local time zones. Add people and parties, flights and drives, hotels and rooming. Budget lines track estimate → commitment → actual → paid in any currency, with locked exchange rates. Every total tells you whether it's complete, so a missing price never hides inside a number.
3. Work on the road
Capture receipts with the camera: text recognition runs on the device and suggests the merchant, date and amount for you to confirm. Export itineraries and budgets to PDF or Excel without a connection.
4. Share with your team

Add your team and invite by role. Your plan includes 14 team members. Add them by e-mail, then invite them to a project. Each invitation is for one person's account, works once and expires. You decide the role: finance, department or crew.

Need-to-know access. The schedule and travel are shared with the team. Budgets, private contact details, room assignments and each person's expenses use separate keys that you grant individually.

Encrypted sync. Changes are encrypted on the device and relayed by our servers, which can't read them. If two people edit the same thing offline, both versions are kept for you to choose from.
